Digital Marketing Specialist
Full Job Description
The Specialist, Digital Marketing works with the COO to create and maintain best-of-breed digital campaigns for the Marketing team. The Specialist ensures the paid and organic strategy is properly executed and manages day-to-day tasks. Additionally, the Specialist has the opportunity to manage their own campaigns & proactively set the strategy. The Specialist will work extensively on building social media profiles across all platforms including Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram, YouTube, and others. Responsibilities on these platforms include content sourcing and creation, working with on-set resources for content capture, maintaining editorial calendars, and other duties as assigned. Candidate should be a creative, ambitious multi-tasker who can stay ahead of industry trends. The right candidate will demonstrate the ability to work in both a team setting and as a highly motivated individual, have strong prioritization skills, and impeccable attention to detail.
Responsibilities:

Execution of social media strategy across social platforms for various accounts

Plan, implement, and analyse paid media campaigns across social and digital platforms

Supports COO by understanding each account requirements, attending meetings, suggesting ideas, writing copy for social media posts, working with talent, and collaborating with marketing team

Track best-practices, engaging tactics, and competitive analysis, and update the team on an ongoing basis

Actively examine, interpret, and report on social conversations to guide the engagement strategy

Works closely with talent to provide assets, answer questions, and guide them for paid media and social media needs

Create social media content, schedule and post including self-created content and content created by others. Daily monitoring of social media, including nights and weekends, along with forwarding specific account questions to the appropriate resource for answers.

Responsible for strategic promotions of products and services

Responsible for marketing collateral. Create and manage print advertising. Responsible for scheduling content on all social platforms.

Manage digital projects end-to-end

Maintain a strong online company voice through social media

Communicate effectively with Marketing٫ Sales and Product development teams in ensuring brand consistency

Monitor ROI and KPIs

Stay up-to-date with digital media developments

Developing and managing content calendars
Basic Qualifications:
-
Minimum of 3 years of experience in digital media and/or social media

Experience building social media profiles across all platforms including Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, and others

Stays on top of social media trends

Highly organized and detail-oriented with exceptional sense of accountability

Strong prioritization and organization skills with the ability to juggle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with social media scheduling and reporting tools

Passionate about television, entertainment, technology and latest trends in marketing

Additional qualification in web design or animation is desirable.

Experience working with media editing software (e.g., Photoshop, Premiere Pro & Final Cut Pro)
