Sales Executive in Real Estate
Full Job Description
Achieving the target given. Meeting the clients, selling our products, and building relationships. Filling in Timely Reports, generate leads/enquiries through various sources designed by the Company and other activities. Must be proficient in regional language (Tamil). Able to work with a dynamic team of individuals and work well under pressure.
Responsibilities:

End-To-End customer support and deal closing.

Build, maintain and expand our customer base.

Close own natural leads and convert sales from Channel Partners to reach targets.

Strong client focus including pre- and post-sales services.

Perform end to end follow up with customers and channel partners.

Report on sales activities to senior management.

Keep updated on best practices and promotional trends.

Continuously improve through feedback.
Qualifications

Excellent communication and relationship building skills

Demonstrate the ability to be coachable and open-minded to feedback

Able to sound confident in your product recommendations

Excellent multi-tasking ability is a key to the success of this role

Microsoft suite experience (outlook, PowerPoint, excel)
